Urgent Kuwait welcomes the statement of the UN Security Council
Today, the State of Kuwait celebrated the statement issued by the UN Security Council condemning the Houthi militia attacks on Saudi civilian lands.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that "this condemnation came in recognition of the danger that the militias pose to the security and safety of the region, and it has also increased the human suffering of the Yemeni people."
She said that the position of the United Nations recognizes the importance of resolving the crisis politically and reaching a positive interaction with the international community, which seeks a peaceful solution to the crisis in Yemen.
The Ministry expressed its appreciation to the member states of the UN Security Council for their interest in this situation, which comes within the framework of its responsibilities towards maintaining international peace and security.
