Here are the reasons why Sheikh Mohammed invited Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett to visit the UAE

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, has invited Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett to visit the UAE, according to what a senior envoy announced.

Muhammad Al-Khaja, the country's ambassador to Israel, on behalf of Sheikh Muhammad received the invitation letter to Bennett.

"Steps towards peace are continuing and relations are getting stronger for the sake of our people and future generations," Al Khaja wrote on Twitter after the meeting.

Bennett was sworn in as the new prime minister of Israel in June of this year. And when the visit takes place, it will be his first official state visit to the UAE.

The signing of the Ibrahim Agreements strengthened relations between the two countries.
